This building used to be a piano factory and was transferred into high end lofts. There’s an elevator in the building.

Apartment:

As soon as you enter the apartment you’ll be stunned by its spacious rooms and the high ceilings. The Due to the large and many windows the whole apartment is flooded with natural light. The open living space with the living room, a dining area and the kitchen offers a lot of room. There’s a fireplace right in front of the sofa. Here you can enjoy the colder days sitting on a big, comfortable couch in front of a fire. You will also have a balcony which you can enter from the living room. The open designer kitchen offers all utensils that you’ll need to create a delicious meal. The massive hallway leads to a bedroom wit a double bed and a bathroom.  This bathroom is smaller than the second one but still has a walk-in rain shower. The hallway makes a turn and you’ll find yourself at the entrance where you have a lot of storage room for your clothes. At the end of the hallway you’ll find the master bedroom. This bedroom has a cozy double bed in it and again, a lot of space. The second, large bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Here you will find a big bathtub and a walk-in shower.
