The apartment is located in the rear building inside the back yard, on the 4th and 5th floor.


This spacious two-story loft is located directly at the station Schönhauser Allee in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. You enter the apartment and are immediately stunned by the space. You have a large living area with an open kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There are barstools and a large dining table that offers room for six people. The cozy fire place in the middle of the room makes the atmosphere even more special. There’s a second dining area with another long dining table. You will find a very large, comfortable sofa in the living room area. Here you’ll also have a big smart tv. The master bedroom has a double bed, a big wardrobe and a tv. You can enter the balcony from this room.  There’s a second bedroom on this floor with 3 beds in total. The loft offers a lot of storage room as there are big, built in wardrobes in the hallway. There are two bathrooms in the loft. One has a big corner bath and a large walk-in rain shower. There are two sinks as well. The second bathroom has a walk-in rain shower as well. You’ll find a storage room in the apartment as well. The staircase leads you to the top floor where you’ll find another open bedroom. Here are two single beds. The room is flooded with light as there are large windows. This room is surrounded by the roof terrace. The roof terrace offers an amazing amount of space and is perfect for BBQing in the Summer.


Schönhauser Allee is located near the Berlin´s city center (near to Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz). In the district Prenzlauer Berg is an attractive place for families with kids. The area offers restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and fashion stores.

Prenzlauer Berg or ‘Prenzlberg’ is populated by many celebrities and wealthy Berliners. Although we are talking about possibly the most expensive district in Berlin, you get a lot for your money here. Prenzlauer Berg is an attractive place for families with kids, since this district is known for its parks (Mauerpark) and public playgrounds. The food markets at Kollwitzplatz are also worth mentioning and bring a lively feel to an area full of trendy cafes, beer gardens and shops. 

Historically Prenzlauer Berg was the place with the cheapest apartments for all Berliners, as the majority of the houses were worn down and were occupied by Punks and Bohemians. Although times have changed, the artistic spirit in the atmosphere remains palpable.
